Mara Passetti has designed impeccable interiors for discerning residential and commercial clients for the past 20 years. A California native, Mara earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Interior Design from University of San Francisco and her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Interior Design from California College of the Arts San Francisco.
Mara Began her career working at a leading residential kitchen and bath design firm in Marin County. After two years working in residential interior design she started working at a boutique hospitality interior design firm where she designed and managed several hotels, private clubs, and restaurant properties.
For the past several years Mara has skillfully provided merchandising design, window display design services and luxury home staging in San Francisco and Marin County.

Susan Hy has over 15 years of experiance. Susan has worked on a diverse range of projects worldwide including large scale integrated Resort and Hospitality projects as well as smaller scale high=end residential projects. Her past experience working for a global architecture and design firm as well as one of the world's leaders in integrated Resort development and operation has enabled her to hone her skills to focus on master planning, space-planning and programming Susan's knowledge has allowed her to understand how to execute a project successfully and has shaped her belief in the importance of beautiful yet functional design.
Originally from San Francisco, Susan earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design, He desire to gain more knowledge pushed her to move to Las Vegas and pursue higher education which earned her a Master of Architecture from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.

how we work...
Consultation & Discovery:
The first meeting is held together at the location so we can meet and understand client's needs and vision for the space. A series of strategic questions are asked to get to know client's design styles. The space gets photographed, necessary measurements are taken, and then we discuss the projects soul, budget and timeline.
Agreement & Start:
A simple design contract is composed and provided to client that outlines the scope of services and exact deliverables. Once everything is agreed upon a retainer is provided and the design project is happily underway. We pride ourselves in keeping clients in the loop and comfortable during the entire process from handshake to launch.
Concept & Presentation:
A custom designed presentation is hand crafted for clients. Design concept is presented with photos, sketches, magazine images, and samples of finishes to help client visualize the design plan. Any refinements and adjustments will be carefully made until client is comfortable and happy with everything and has approved the design concept.
Implementation & Fulfillment:
Everything is approved, deposits are made, products are ordered, contractors selected and workers scheduled. We make sure work is progressing on schedule and we discussed. We coordinate and oversee installation of furnishings, accessories, and artwork. Everything is complete and we all take satisfaction in a job well done!
